Rare Currencies and Crypto — Massage in Amsterdam

What payment methods we have actually processed.

2026-03-03

We accept cash payment in any major currency at the day's exchange rate. The list of currencies we have actually processed in cash payment is longer than most clients expect. This page lists what has come across the table at least once in the last year.

Routine. EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, JPY. Most therapists carry small amounts of EUR cash to make change; the rest is settled at the booking close in the currency the client brought.

Less routine but accepted. SGD, HKD, AED, SAR, KRW, NZD, NOK, SEK, DKK, BRL, MXN, ZAR. The exchange rate is set at the booking confirmation by reference to that day's market rate; the client receives the settlement at that rate.

Cryptocurrency. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the most-processed; USDT and USDC are accepted as stablecoin alternatives. The transaction is verified before the close of the session; the conversion to EUR equivalent is set at the moment of payment confirmation.

Card. Most major cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The terminal handles foreign-currency cards transparently; the client is charged in EUR via their card processor's standard conversion.

Rare ones we have processed. Cash in CNY (Chinese yuan) once; cash in INR (Indian rupees) twice; cash in TRY (Turkish lira) on multiple occasions. The exchange rate makes these small currencies less attractive for clients to pay in, but the option exists if it is what you are carrying.

What we do not accept. Personal cheques, money orders, online bank transfers, Western Union, prepayment of any kind, deposits, escrow arrangements. The booking is paid in person, in the agreed currency, at the close of the session.
