The Three-Hour Booking — Massage in Amsterdam

Why it's our recommended length for special occasions.

2026-02-17

Most of our bookings are sixty or ninety minutes. The three-hour booking is a different format. We recommend it for special occasions, for clients who have done the shorter durations and want to go further, and for clients whose state on arrival calls for the longer arc. The technique unfolds differently across three hours than across one or two.

What changes in three hours. The opening twenty minutes is calibration — the same calibration that consumes most of a one-hour session. The next forty minutes is technique at full quality. The next ninety minutes is what the format does that shorter sessions do not — the body settles into a state that the technique sustains, and the work becomes maintenance rather than introduction. The closing thirty minutes is the wind-down.

Which techniques benefit most. Tantra, more than anything else. The format genuinely needs three hours to fully open; ninety minutes is the practical minimum but two hours is short for what tantra can do. Sensual benefits too — the longer arc lets the integration of classical and sensual register fully unfold. Nuru is fine at three hours but does not particularly need them; ninety minutes is enough for the technique to land.

What three hours costs. €540, in any payment method we accept. Roughly three times what an hour costs; not three times more impactful in mechanical terms but several orders more impactful in nervous-system terms. The math is not linear; it is closer to exponential.

When to book three hours. Anniversaries; long-haul recovery; the first booking of a weekend; the closing booking of a stressful week; or simply because you have not done one before and want to know what the format does. The booking rewards being chosen deliberately. Spontaneous three-hour bookings work; planned ones work better.
