What we mean when we say discreet, and how the operational details actually work.
Discretion is the word every premium outcall service uses. Most use it more than they should. This page is an operational account of what discretion actually means in our practice — what we do, what we do not do, and what is genuinely beyond our control.
What we do, in operational terms. We do not maintain a customer database. There is no CRM, no marketing list, no record of past bookings beyond what is needed to dispatch a current one. We do not store the addresses sessions are delivered to; the WhatsApp messages remain on the operator's device for the duration of the conversation thread and are not exported anywhere. We do not photograph hotels or addresses we have visited. We do not discuss specific clients with other therapists. We do not have an online presence on any directory or review site that lists individual sessions.
What therapists do, in operational terms. They arrive in everyday clothing — jeans and a coat, a smart-casual outfit, never anything that suggests the booking. They carry one bag, neutrally branded or unbranded. They move through hotel lobbies the way any other guest does. They do not text from the lobby; they do not meet other therapists in shared spaces; they leave separately if a couples or four-hand booking takes both of them to the same address.
What is genuinely outside our control. Hotel front desks log who enters the building when; we do not control hotel security systems. Card payment leaves a record on the client's card statement; we do not control the client's bank. WhatsApp messages live on the client's phone; we do not control your phone. Discreet is not the same as untraceable; what we deliver is operational professionalism, not perfect information hygiene.
For clients who require the maximum possible level of privacy: cash payment in any major currency removes the card-statement trail. Coordinating a meeting point at the lift bank rather than the room number leaves no front-desk record of which room received a visitor. Booking through a separate phone (or burner) keeps the WhatsApp thread off your daily device. None of this is required; all of it is available to clients who want it.
