The training tradition in those countries — particularly the Russian and Czech massage schools — produces some of the most technically excellent practitioners in Europe, and a good number have settled in Amsterdam to work in the high-end outcall market. The grouping below brings them together for clients who are looking specifically for that lineage of training, that style of communication, or simply to book in a shared first language.
Eastern European training emphasises pressure, structure, and precise reading of the body. The technique tends to be more deliberate than the freer Mediterranean style, with a quieter session-room manner. Most of our therapists from this group speak fluent English in addition to Russian or their original language; many also speak German.
